BSI was founded by John Udaze – M.S.Ed, Post Graduate Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis, BCBA, and a New York State Licensed Behavior Analyst, with a purpose to help individuals make meaningful connections with the world around them and become valuable members of their community. BSI doctrine on education and behavior management involves a primary focus on the individual regardless of his or her age or diagnosis. We are a team driven by the belief that every child is entitled to a kind, respectful, fun, trust, and positive approach to learning.
John is an enthusiastic, optimistic, inspirational and personable individual. He has over ten years of experience in applying and overseeing the application of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles across the fields of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Intermittent Explosive Disorder, Emotional Disturbance, Mental Retardation, Cerebral Palsy (CP), and other developmental disorders and Organizational Behavior Management (OBM).
Set apart by exceptional interpersonal and motivational skills and a natural ability to lead others toward personal and organizational success, John takes a proactive and a collaborative approach to any situation. His true mission is simply to help individuals reach their full potential and become valuable members in their society. He is able to accomplish his mission through the use and application of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
