BSI works with school districts across the Island in seeking a Functional Behavior Assessment and a Behavior Intervention Plan to provide students and/or determine an appropriate placement to fit students’ needs. BSI provides teacher and paraprofessional training and follow-up services.
At BSI, our extremely knowledgeable BCBAs are prepared to provide general and specific ABA training to match the district needs upon request.

BSI will customize the ABA training to areas that are most needed in order to equip district staff with divergent skills to effectively undertake classroom behavior and promote learning within a general or special classroom. Our BCBAs will train district teachers and paraprofessionals on how to effectively implement BIP for students in any classroom setting. As part of the services to school districts, BSI offers follow-up services to ensure that students are progressing behaviorally as planned.
